Sigh Why is everyone jumping all over this manga crap. I'm not knocking your drawings at all, because I can't argue that they aren't good. cuz frankly they are, but what happened to American characters? Why is everyone fricking japanese now a days, oh yeah pop culture. Why am I posting it here? I just felt the need. To sum it up. AMERICANS STOP DOING MANGA, DO AMERICAN ART...LIKE BATMAN SUPERMAN!!! Re : Sigh I'm in partial agreement with Kirth. I, for one, am all over the Japanese culture, as well as every other non-American culture there is. ( No offense to Americans, though. I am one myself, I'm just interested in a lot of different things that happen to have nothing to do with America.) Sort of with Kirth, sort of against, I believe that Americans trying to copy anyone else in styles and techniques pretty much ruins all whatever is being copied once was. It, as well,. starts to destroy the American culture, too. That goes for any culture trying to copy another, as well.

Technically, though, it says in the author's profile they are Chinese. So, Kirth, I believe you should take your argument elsewhere.

Great comic, though. It's pretty good so far and I'm anticipating what's going to happen next. (:

RE-manga attacks I have this to say about recent attacks on "non-American" artwork, and I will say that the internet is large enough that you can go and find your 'cultural neccessity' while other people find theirs. Not everyone who visits these sites is American. What about Canadians, and the Japanese on the web? Everyone has a righ to their opinion, and if you think there needs to be more "American" artwork, go find some or make your own instead of hampering another artist.

Great story here by the way.

(On the "american art" subject going round)> Oh well I'm not sure we're going to have individual country art much longer anyway. Everything is getting pretty much worldwide now. I'm French for instance, and I can't manage to find what other countries use to call the "French touch", we have loads and loads of people drawing manga style here too (I was influenced much myself). I say you take what you like and run : ) ESPECIALLY IF IT IS AS SOCK ROCKING AS YOUR ART, LISHIYO !
